Orders may be placed through our website or by contacting us directly. All orders are subject to product availability. SARAHÖ reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a stock shortage or an error regarding product information.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in the user’s local currency and include all applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the destination.

4. Payment

Payment is made by credit card, PayPal, or any other payment method offered at the time of purchase. An order is confirmed only after full payment has been received.

5. Shipping and Delivery

SARAHÖ ships worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and are indicated at the time of ordering. While we make every effort to meet the announced delivery times, delays beyond our control may occur.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your SARAHÖ piece. If this is not the case, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return your item, provided it is in its original condition. Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of a defect.

7. Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged or shows a defect, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos. We will arrange a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.

8. Intellectual Property

All creations, images, and texts displayed on the SARAHÖ website are the exclusive property of SARAHÖ. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
