Shipping policy

 

1. Order Processing

Orders are prepared and shipped from our workshop within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in France).
Once your order is confirmed and payment has been received, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

2. Shipping Areas and Fees

Mainland France: shipping fees from €5free shipping on orders over €200.

European Union (excluding France): shipping fees of €10free shipping on orders over €300.

Rest of the world: shipping fees are calculated at checkout, depending on the destination and the parcel’s weight.

3. Delivery Times

France: estimated delivery within 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.

European Union: estimated delivery within 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.

International: delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs procedures — estimated between 7 and 21 business days.

4. Tracking and Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the delivery address and that someone is available to receive the parcel if necessary.
In the event a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to receive it, reshipping fees may be charged.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be covered or refunded by SARAHÖ.

6. Variations and Handcrafted Production

Each SARAHÖ piece is handmade and therefore unique. Slight variations in dimensions, texture, or color may occur and are an integral part of the artisanal process.
Colors displayed on screen may also differ slightly from the final product.

7. Delivery Issues

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or missing item, please contact us at contact@saraho.com within 48 hours of receipt.
Please include photos and your order number so we can assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund.
